Aspectos generales de la industria de fondos de Capital riesgo
Resumen
Los Fondos de Capital de Riesgo son mecanismos utilizados por grandes inversionistas que esperan altos rendimientos a corto o mediano plazo. La industria de capital de riesgo ayuda a la creación y crecimiento de nuevas empresas mediante apoyo y fomento a emprendedores con ideas innovadoras y avances científicos. La ventaja de estos fondos frente a los bancos radica en que los fondos participan en proyectos como inversionistas y no a través de préstamos, además de que brindan asesoría especializada a cambio del control de los proyectos mientras hagan parte de ellos.
